During your inital consultation with Vibrant Mind, LLC, your therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to EMDR intensives. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the EMDR intensives process.

How long does an EMDR intensive ssession with Vibrant Mind, LLC last?

EMDR Intensive sessions with Vibrant Mind, LLC last between 4 hours or a half day, 8 hours or a full day, or three full days.

Which one is right for me?

The right option depends on your goals, history, and how comfortable you feel with deeper work. A half-day is a good starting point. A full-day or 3 day intensive allows for more focused progress on specific memories or patterns. We’ll discuss your needs ahead of time and choose a pace that feels both effective and manageable for you.

What type of payment does Vibrant Mind, LLC take?

Vibrant Mind, LLC accepts cash, check, HSA, and credit card. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover intensive therapy sessions.

Does Insurance cover EMDR Intensives?

EMDR intensives are typically not covered by insurance, as they involve extended session times that fall outside standard billing structures.
